We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not set cookies (see our Cookie Policy). Like all websites, the servers that host this site automatically record basic technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. 5. Third-party services on this website
This website uses Google Fonts to display its typefaces. When you load a page, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google Fonts does not set cookies. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Links on this website to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, email or hosting providers) may store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the duration of the project and then for up to 7 years after completion, to meet accounting and tax requirements. Some records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary to deal with potential claims relating to the works (for example, latent defects).
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period in line with their standard retention policies.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
